First time here and it only lost a star because although they close at 10pm – the door was already locked by 9pm when we got here… I only came to dry clothes so I can only speak for the dryer I used – it did a good job 😎 .25 for 7 minutes

Currently, 22 machines out of 40 are in working order. Also, consider they do offer wash service, so you’re battling the attendant and, like, three other people for the machines left over. The only 3 loads have a serious amount of black mold on the detergent door. I used to love this place (when I could go early on a weekday) now I dread it.

Facility is spotless, great windows which let in a lot of light and make the experience of being there pleasant. Staff are professional, good communicators, and accommodating. Lots of machines of all sizes, and new equipment. The new addition of Doordash pickup and dropoff for wash and fold is a kickass feature too. No more needing to worry about driving over looking like a clown in my miss-matched “laundry day” clothes.

Just like the other 540 other comments prior to mine, I truly enjoyed this place. It was my first time going to a laundry mat in a long time; I haven’t been to one since I was 9 or 10. So much has changed since the late 1990s. For one, instead of change and dollars, you can now just purchase a Washtopia Card and use that to use the machines. No more waiting 45 minutes for a load to wash. It was 27 minutes; to dry was 15. Was in and out within an hour. I think I saw only one coworker but he was nice and very helpful. Look forward to going in about three months from now.

This is a family owned business who have a very clean environment in which to do your laundry. It is cardless, so you don’t need quarters. Tips here: open the door for others, bring all your cookies to share, and don’t hog the carts. Don’t use the folding tables to do homework and don’t leave your clothes in the washer or dryer so others can use them as well. Don’t forget your hangers either.

I called the laundromat and spoke with the laundromat attendant. I think she said her name was Ersula. First of all she has a very pleasant and professional voice. I needed to wash my laundry and had worked late that day. She told me over the phone that if I could get there in the next few minutes I could wash and that last wash was at 10:45 but that she would still be there cleaning and I could do my laundry real quick. I am very pleased with the service of this lady. We need more people like her. May I also mention she had the laundromat was nice and clean. I’ve never seen this location this nice. I will be coming back to this location more often. Thank you ma’am:)

It’s ok. I feel my clothes come out a lot cleaner and most importantly they dry completely over here. Better than the laundry room I use on sight where I live at. My man told me the clothes come out a lot better when I do them here. I love the way they smell pressed or dry cleaned.

I usually only come to the laundromat when I’m just inundated and overwhelmed with dirty laundry. But when I do I always come to this spot. Seems like there’s always open machines, kept tidy, and I’m in and out. Mack has been helpful on more than just one occasion. From deterring unwarranted harassment from random pedestrians outside to helping me wheel my mountain of laundry in.. he’s always kept it on point. Much appreciated Mack! Though it’s a “different” type of neighborhood in the surrounding area, it’s worth coming here to get myself somewhat in order. Ps- Mack and others keep a look out for ladies outside in the parking lot who appear a little in distress and come out to escort you inside. Huge plus plus for me in this area! Wanted to add that Don was also very helpful in keeping everything well maintained and an eye on my laundry when traffic held me up getting back ASAP.

WHITE GLOVE SERVICE. The person working the evening shift helped me take my laundry from the car to the laundromat. I lost a white glove and he went out of his way to help me find it. He taught me how to use the machine and even add scent. He also taught me German Shepherd puppy tips. I really wish I could thank this person for all the time he spent making sure we were ok. THANK YOU, sir, for HELPING ME and my little dog Paz.

He oriented me to the layout & payout procedure, (which could be simplified, Card fee 3$, refundable, & reloadable, ) I recommend to the owner that the fee be included in charge to purchase price, for ease of understanding 😉. A couple machines might be out of order., but 20 should be available. (small wash 2.75$ cold/normal). (Dryers on the wall .60 cents (or a review) whichever comes 1st 😉. Had a great experience at this location this morning. Hardly anyone here, very easy to use the card machine and the washer/dryer. I like coinless laundry places because it’s so easy and I never have cash. The main wash room was clean along with the bathroom, and the attending employee was kind enough to hold the door open for me. Thursday morning seems to be a great time to come as no one was here…

I have been coming here for over a year and have never not loved coming here for either doing my laundry or wash and fold drop off. Today was my last pick up as I am moving back to Houston and I would like to call out Ms. Maggie and Lalo. You guys have always welcomed me with the utmost friendliness. Efficient and clean laundromat! 2, 4, and 6 load laundry machines. I used a 4 load one for my 20lb weighted blanket and everything worked perfectly. Coin dispenser machine in the back gives you cash (also an atm next door). Wifi is also available p: bubbles22, perfect to get work done for an hour while waiting on the cycles to finish. There’s also coupons on their website for a free dry or $5 if you show the staff. Definitely coming here again for any heavy duty washes. it’s the best laundromat in Austin.

Have been a loyal customer for many years and used self service along with drop off. We’ve had some hiccups along the way but I still return because we are treated with the Supreme level of respect and welcomed like family. They know me by name upon entry and always treat my items as their own. I’ve tried many locations but this is the one that focuses on my serious allergy to an element and takes care of me and makes sure my stuff is safe ! I would never use another facility, this is the one!

I recently moved here from VA & have tried a few laundry facilities in the area, as I’m temporarily living in my 31W RV on my son’s property. This is by far the cleanest laundromat I have found. The matron’s are friendly & accommodating & I especially like the family feel to the place (example: Margie and her little 🐕 Gazoo)
